Privacy, by design.

Review analysis runs locally in the browser. Imported review text is not transmitted to ReviewGap servers and is held only in memory until you refresh or close the page or side panel.

• No advertising, tracking or analytics SDKs.
• No sale of user data.
• No third-party AI services or model training.
• Demo reviews are fictional. Synthetic demonstration data — not sourced from Etsy or any marketplace.
• No marketplace data is automatically collected.
• No cookies or browser storage are used. The extension storage permission is reserved and currently unused.

Files and hosting

Files are read locally when you select them. CSV exports are saved only on your request. The website host serves static pages and assets and may keep ordinary access logs. ReviewGap has no review-upload endpoint and analysis makes no network requests.
